1967 Barracuda Hardtop Notchback
$30,000.00
Bright Blue Metallic 67 Barracuda Hardtop Notchback.
80s Vintage 15-inch polished mags and BFG tires suit the car well. The body is very nice! It has had one small professional patch put in under the passenger feet and a small repair on the inner rear fender both areas shown in close-up pictures. The underside is very clean and rust free as pictured.
Dark blue patterned vinyl interior with low back vinyl bucket seats up front. A contoured center console retains the stock shifter, a slightly curved stick with a thumb activated top knob. Blue loop carpet covers the floor and a blue stitched headliner, and visors complete the package in style. Originally an A/C car the pump and condenser come with but are packaged in a box. The Dash facia paint is worn and could use a freshen up, I’ve included a spare (hard to find) A/C dash facia and gauge cluster as well as the applique kit to make the task easier. No stereo but has 4 new speakers including the special molded front kick panels to hold the fronts. Speedo not connected. Has a few cracks in the dash and on pillar plastics.
Under the hood is a freshly rebuilt 340ci V8. 040 over with forged pistons, thumper cam with triple springs on X heads, recent radiator rebuild and all new hoses and belts. The car was born a 273 V8 2bbl.Newer mini starter and new Mopar alternator. New mopar electronic distributor with FBO ignition advance box, new plugs and plug wires too. New Mopar performance valve covers and air cleaner. It's fed by a newer Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor with an
Aluminum aftermarket intake manifold and moved along by a 727 3-speed automatic transmission. Power transmitted via a new driveshaft to the updated 81/4" rear and 3.21 gears.
4 pot power disc brake conversion up front with SBBC components. Drum brakes at the rear. Brakes work well. 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern all round. Remanufactured power steering box recently installed along with a full front end rebuild including, a arm bushings, all tie rods and ball joints, shocks and a Hellwig front sway bar. Long tube headers (come with a free slight leak) (mandatory Mopar) but also, I’ll include the factory cast exhaust manifolds. The twin exhaust finishes at the rear end so should have new tailpipes up and over the diff made. It has air shocks on the rear and has a new gas tank.
Clean California title in my name.
